  • Each session is styled as a ceremony and layered with experiences, as well as education. Picture being in an intimate circle of like-minded individuals, the design of the space & altars curated to each Chakra and the associated element while traveling through different themes. Experiences ranging from Cacao Ceremonies, sensory exploration, candlelit journeys and more.

    Root Chakra/Muladhara - Safety/Security/Survival, Earth & Grounding Experience, Nervous System Regulation, Education, Anatomical Correspondence, Mudra, Seed Sound, Mystery Teaching, Archetype, Shadow, Activation, Balancing/Clearing.

  • The schedule is set for this in person experience for the last Sunday of each month and will not be repeated or refunded if you cannot attend.

    If you miss one, a general review will be offered in the online community chat, alongside all the integration practices that are included between each session.

  • This series is designed to allow those with a basic to beginner understanding of the Chakra system to deepen their knowledge & skillsets to an intermediate level with some introductions to advanced systems. It is recommended to do some general reading prior to the series starting.

  • This journey is designed intentionally to offer space in between sessions. Why? Because you will be responsible for following along with integration supports that include morning practices, journaling, self study and audio exercises.
